My journey began with a simple but powerful realization — that so many women, myself included, were pouring endlessly into everything and everyone around them while leaving themselves completely empty. I knew there had to be a better way.
With a background spanning 20 years in education, a Master's in Psychology, and training as a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT-200), I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge, lived experience, and genuine heart to everything I create.
I'm also an AI Consultant and Certified Prompt Design Professional — bridging the gap between technology and human-centered wellness for modern women who want to work smarter, not harder, in every area of their lives.
My book, Self-Care Affirmations for Women: A Mindful Approach to Living Your Best Life, is the foundation of everything this community is built on — 25 affirmations designed to help you release what no longer serves you and step into the fullness of who you were always meant to be.
Some of my favorite things? Traveling to new places, spending time with the people I love most, and eating really good food. 😁 Life is meant to be enjoyed — and that starts with taking care of yourself first.
